Barrie – I’d like to share my success story with you. Today I went into town and for the first time in a long time I stayed totally calm and relaxed. I actually enjoyed myself for once and I put this down to your excellent hypnosis session for overcoming agoraphobia which I’ve been listening to over the past week or so.
